Supervisor

Madi began her journey in the field of behavior support in 2018, starting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing in-home and in-school support for children and families. From those very first sessions, it became clear that this work was more than just a job — it was a calling. The opportunity to connect with students, meet them where they are, and help them grow into their most confident, capable selves lit a fire that has only grown stronger.

With a Master’s degree in Psychology and a graduate certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, Madi brings both professional expertise and personal passion to their role as a behaviorist. Their background in psychology has shaped a deep appreciation for the emotional and social aspects of learning. Madi believes that true progress happens when students feel safe, seen, and celebrated. That’s why they approach each day with curiosity, compassion, and a good dose of playfulness. Whether it’s joining a student in their favorite game, creating a personalized coping toolkit, or collaborating with team members to build effective support plans, Madi strives to bring heart to every interaction.

In this role, Madi is thrilled to combine the science of behavior analysis with the art of human connection. For Madi, being a behaviorist isn’t just about behavior change — it’s about creating a space where students can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically, while feeling supported along the way.
