Isabella Lopez

My passion for supporting individuals with disabilities began during my junior year of high school when I became a teacher's assistant for both Adaptive Physical Education and Special Education classes. That experience sparked a genuine love for working with students in special education and inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to helping individuals reach their fullest potential.

In 2020, I graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development. My educational background supported my understanding of child development and laid the foundation for my work in education and behavioral support. I entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing in-home and clinic-based services. This role allowed me to develop strong behavior intervention skills while building meaningful relationships with children and their families.

After gaining experience in clinical and home-based ABA, I began working in the school setting. During this time, I gained extensive experience supporting both individual students and groups with behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. Working in the school setting further strengthened my passion for collaborating with educators and families to create supportive, inclusive learning environments.

In August 2026, I graduated with a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis and am actively collecting fieldwork experience to become a Board Certified Behavioral Analysis (BCBA). I’m thrilled to be a part of the Inspire Behavioral Services team to become a supervisor. I am passionate about empowering clients, supporting families, and mentoring behavior aides while using evidence based ABA practices to help individuals achieve meaningful, lasting progress. I am grateful to be part of a team that is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.
