Marysha has worked in the field of behavior analysis for over 15 years, serving Oregon and California in the school, home, community, and residential settings. Throughout high school and her undergraduate studies, Marysha spent time volunteering at different organizations supporting neurodivergent populations and individuals with developmental disabilities.

She uses the foundations of ABA, current best practices, and feedback from the community to drive results in behavior change in the school setting. Marysha strongly believes in providing student-specific interventions and collaborating with the student's IEP team to foster successful outcomes in the school setting.
